Pre-Student Teaching Action Plan

The main concerns identified by my predecessors included:
Unit Plan
Confer with CT-show CT unit plan and all materials prior to student teaching
Flexibility/over prepared-lessons may not always go how you think so be flexible and have back up plans!
classroom management-get to know school policys and your CT's policies
My main concerns about student teaching at this point are:
timing-I already had my CT look over my unit plan and he really liked the activities I have planned his only concern was that I may need more time for some things and less time for others so I know this is something I need to work on

Some strategies that I am going to try in order to prepare for Student Teaching:
Timing
Plan ahead and practice..always check with CT
Classroom managment
lay down hammer early then ease up
